Tocino Seasoning Mix.
Please note:- We have tried this product with chicken and it gives a very nice tasting tocino, but the final tocino is not red,- (despite the picture on the packet). If you require your meat to be the traditional bright red you would be better using the MamaSita Tocino mix.
