Welcome to Adastra Pacific Ltd. Filipino,Thai and Pacific Rim Products. Our Stockport shop primarily serves the greater Manchester and the UK northwest region whilst our on-line shop delivers S.E. Asian products anywhere in the UK.

Our on-line shop supplies Pacific rim groceries throughout the UK, but in the belief that nothing beats the taste of home-made food we also actively encourage UK based Filipino and Thai expats to produce authentic, ethnic, home-made food for Adastra to sell.

Who are Adastra Pacific?

Adastra pacific is a far eastern grocery emporium in the UK offering Filipino & Thai groceries, home-made ethnic delicacies, pacific rim groceries, exotic fresh fruits & vegetables, frozen products, extensive choices of noodles, rice & indigenous foods, and many more. At Adastra Pacific, we will try to bring you fair prices, good service and a comprehensive choice of the favourite food items we all miss so much. We are dedicated to providing you with the best products, prices and services that we can. How to place an order?

You can order as a guest customer but we strongly recommend you to create an account for a better shopping experience. Registration is FREE and will enable you to track your orders. From your account dashboard you can manage any recent orders, download invoices, your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details. Placing an order has never been easier, just log in browse the categories and select the items you require adding them to your "shopping cart". When you have added all the items you require proceed to the checkout section indicating the delivery option that you require. Enter your payment details or call the shop to pay over the phone. Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible. In some rare cases items may have gone out of stock without this being reflected on our website. If this happens we will either omit the item and adjust the payment accordingly or contact you to offer suitable alternatives. You can also save items to your Wish List to buy later. Finally, we still have several hundred more Filipino and Asian products to add to our on-line shop plus some new and exciting items not previously available in the UK direct from the Philippines. So keep looking at our website and if you can't see an item your interested in – why not drop us an Email asking us if we can get it? We may be a long way from our beautiful islands but working together we can make our lives just a little more comfortable. 

What modes of payment do we accept?

We accept most credit and debit cards via Paypal or Stripe. We can also accept Amazon Pay, Bank Transfer or Cheque payments.

Where does Adastra Pacific deliver to?

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. (i.e. England, Wales, Scotland including highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Scilly). European and International orders are welcome but please contact us to discuss delivery options.

How do we deliver frozen products?

We use a combination of space-age and traditional insulation methods and fast courier time to try to make sure that your frozen food reaches you in good condition. However, as we have no control over potential delays once the goods have left our premises we regret that we cannot accept any returns or refunds on frozen items and such goods are supplied at 100% customer risk.

How do we notify you of the delivery details?

AdastraPacific inform customers of order delivery status by Email or SMS.  It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the Email and contact details supplied to us are correct and up to date and to be available to take possession of their order from the courier when it is delivered. If you have an account on this website, the delivery status of your order also shows on your account.

What is our policy on Returns and Refunds?

We will accept returns of none perishable items returned in an as-new and re-sellable condition, returned to us at the customers expense within 14 days and will refund 100% of the price paid less courier charges. If an item is out of stock at the time that the order is processed, we will attempt to contact the customer to discuss options but reserve the right to either substitute a compatible item at a similar price or to reimburse the customer for that specific item.

What is the minimum order, is there free shipping?

There's no minimum order but we have a fixed delivery charge for items up to 28 kilos. Orders of £60 and over will qualify for free shipping (UK Mainland only excluding Scottish highlands and islands).

What is the best time to visit our Stockport shop?

Adastra Pacific normally opens 7 days a week, please find below opening hours. You can be sure of a friendly welcome from Imelda and Tony when you visit their shop on the main A6 at Stockport, Greater Manchester.
