AdastraPacific inform customers of order delivery status by Email.
It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that their Email and contact details supplied to us, are correct and up to date and to be available to take possession of their order from the courier when it is delivered.
Frozen Foods; AdastraPacific take the utmost care in trying to to make sure that any frozen food supplied arrives in good and safe condition. However as we have no control over potential delays once the goods have left our premises we regret that we cannot accept any returns or refunds on frozen items and such goods are supplied at 100% customer risk.
AdastraPacific will accept returns of none perishable items returned in an as-new and re-sell-able condition, returned to us at the customers expense within 14 days and will refund 100% of the price paid less courier charges.
If an item is out of stock at the time that the order is processed, we will attempt to contact the customer to discuss options but reserve the right to either substitute a compatible item at a similar price or to reimburse the customer for that specific item.
